At Foundation Elzéard, we do not only restore nature; we also construct the infrastructure and facilities that support our restoration projects. As Manager Regenerative Construction Projects, you will lead the realization of our physical, ecological projects on site.
What you will do
Project Leadership:
You are responsible from A to Z for the preparation, planning, and ecological execution of various (landscape-integrated) construction projects.Bio-Based & Circular:
You select and work with sustainable, locally sourced, bio-based materials that align with our regenerative philosophy.On-Site Collaboration:
You direct craftsmen, contractors, and field teams on site while monitoring quality, safety, and budgets.Integration with Nature:
You ensure that all structures harmonize naturally with the surrounding landscape and the site's ecological goals.
Who you are
You have a background in ecological/bio-based construction, civil engineering, sustainable architecture, or project development with a green heart.
You have proven experience in site-level project management and leading execution teams.
You are solution-oriented, pragmatically minded, and share our passion for a regenerative future.
You are a strong communicator and comfortable in a cross-border context (NL/BE/DE).
